You can complete testing in our office, or from home if you are 18 or older. Most evaluations lead to clear next steps within one to two visits. For patients under 18, testing is done in our Burbank office with a parent or guardian present to sign consent, is $300 self-pay, and includes a results report with recommendations for your pediatrician. Your results are reviewed by our psychiatrist, and your provider goes over findings and next steps with you in a secure video visit.
How long does an ADHD evaluation take?
The QBcheck task takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Your full evaluation, including the clinical interview and results review, usually fits within one to two appointments. After that, we build a plan that may include therapy, medication, or lifestyle support based on your goals.
Can ADHD be treated with both medication and therapy?
Yes. Research shows that combining medication with therapy often works better than either alone for many adults. We offer medication management, cognitive strategies, and lifestyle support in one place. For some patients, genetic testing can help guide medication choices. We adjust your plan over time to keep side effects low and results steady.
